About the Role

We are seeking an AI & Machine Learning – Technical Mentor / Industry Expert who is passionate about building real-world AI applications and mentoring engineering students.

The role combines hands-on industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI with guiding students through practical learning, coding assignments, and live industry projects.

The objective is to develop strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving capabilities, and industry-ready AI engineering skills among students.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, test, and deploy AI/ML applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Strong experience in Python programming, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), OOP, and problem-solving fundamentals.
- Develop practical applications using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents.
- Strong hands-on exposure to Prompt Engineering, RAG, LLM APIs, and Agentic AI workflows.
- Build end-to-end AI applications, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, API integration, and deployment.
- Mentor B.Tech students through live industry projects, coding sessions, technical assessments, and code reviews.
- Conduct project-based learning, hackathons, technical workshops, and interview preparation sessions.
- Strong knowledge of computer science and AI fundamentals, with a passion for making students industry-ready.
- Guide students in developing AI-powered products and deploying applications to real-world environments.




- Strong exposure to AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar GenAI tools.
- Deliver engaging practical sessions through the classroom.
- Evaluate student performance, provide technical feedback, and help improve coding and project-building capabilities.

- LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks
- LLM API integration and AI Agent development

Teaching & Mentoring

- Robust understanding of computer science and AI fundamentals
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts through simple examples
- Hands-on project mentoring, technical evaluations, and code reviews
- Ability to teach effectively in offline classrooms and online learning environments

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech in CSE, IT, AI, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- 4–7 years of hands-on software development, AI/ML engineering, or relevant industry experience.
- Strong practical experience developing and deploying AI/ML-based applications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and mentoring skills.
