Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented freshers to join our Sales & Admissions team as Education Counselors. The candidate will connect with prospective students, understand their educational and career goals, recommend suitable programs, and guide them through the admission process.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, counselling, and education.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ interests, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain available courses, program benefits, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle basic fee-related queries and communicate available payment options.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and sales updates in the CRM or company database.
- Build professional relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth admission experience.




- Coordinate with the academic and support teams whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply, subject to company requirements.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven sales workplace.
- Positive attitude, confidence, persistence, and a learning mindset.

Preferred: Candidates interested in psychology, education, counselling, sales, and business development.
