Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor with a strong background in domestic online UG and PG admissions. The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling admissions for universities in Mumbai and Bangalore, particularly NMIMS, DY Patil University, Symbiosis, or similar institutions.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, guiding them through the complete admission process, managing leads, and achieving enrolment and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized academic and career counselling to prospective students and help them select suitable online undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Handle admissions for domestic online UG and PG programs, particularly those offered by universities in Mumbai and Bangalore.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including program selection, eligibility checks, application submission, documentation, and enrolment.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and other communication channels to convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, admission deadlines, and documentation requirements to students.
- Maintain accurate student records, lead details, and application statuses using CRM systems.




- Achieve monthly admission, enrolment, and conversion targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams to resolve admission-related queries and ensure a smooth enrolment experience.
- Manage multiple student enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the admission cycle.

Must-Have Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in domestic online UG and PG admissions.
- Mandatory experience handling admissions for NMIMS, DY Patil University, Symbiosis, or similar universities in Mumbai and Bangalore.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- A proven track record of meeting admission, enrolment, and conversion targets.
- Robust student counselling, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and handle the complete admission process independently.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site from Janakpuri, New Delhi.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
