Prepare weekly customer outstanding reports

Ensure the customer balance confirmations obtained at periodic intervals To ensure timely submission of all relevant monthly, quarterly, half- yearly and annual MIS. Sales, receivables, pending legal cases / sticky accounts / major concerns reports etc

Tracking unbilled value & action towards closure

Maintaining KYC documents of clients.

Responsible for helping clients with their financial question & needs.
