Job Overview: The Charge bookkeeper will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable processes, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate charge book records. This role involves using advanced Excel skills to analyze tax-related data and managing two-way and three-way matching in the P2P (Procure to Pay) process. The ideal candidate should have solid recovery process experience and the ability to manage financial records with precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update charge book records with accuracy.
- Perform accounts payable and receivable duties, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze tax-related data and provide insights for financial reporting.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the P2P process, including two-way and three-way matching.
- Conduct case studies for charge bookkeeping and recovery processes.

Required Skills Experience:
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).




- Accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation experience.
- Experience with tax analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of P2P, two-way, and three-way matching.

Good to Have:
- Experience with charge bookkeeping.
- Understanding of recovery processes in finance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in charge book keeping and financial processes.
