- Processing of Invoices and Payment as per the company SOP and Checklist and defined TAT / SLA timelines.
- Ensure GST/TDS compliance on invoices.
- Monitor 3-way matching, Payment controls.
- Review exception invoice reports, resolution and process implementation for improvement.
- Ensure Gl Review, Period end Provision / Provision Rev accounting along with TDS Compliances.
- Track rejected invoices and drive resolution.
- Vendor Reconciliations and Vendor Open item clearing.
- Coordinate on internal and statutory audits and audit data preparation.
