Role Description The Accounts Payable Accountant is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

The Accounts Payable

Accountant will perform account reconciliations, maintain up-to-date records of payables, and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external vendors. Daily tasks include reviewing purchase orders, matching invoices,



posting entries into the accounting system, and supporting monthly and year-end closing activities. The role also involves assisting in compliance with internal controls, preparing reports on payable status, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills to manage payables and support overall financial integrity.
- Candidates should possess Account Reconciliation skills to ensure vendor accounts and general ledger balances are accurate and complete.
- Candidates should possess Invoice Processing and Invoicing skills to handle high volumes of transactions with precision and timeliness.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software, along with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and follow established internal controls and compliance standards.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in accounting are an advantage.
- Experience in accounts payable or general accounting in a manufacturing or infrastructure environment is beneficial.
