Brief Role :

Responsible for developing programs for disruptive growth in top tier / niche segments

Be responsible for and manage the brand image of company

Responsible for all tax related matters like Sales Tax / VAT , Service Tax , TDS returns , Income Tax and Excise

Preparation of various accounts reports as per the requirement of management

Prepare process scoping documents with relevant stakeholders and build / drive the transition plan of the processes to COE.

Perform periodic reviews of team members , in consultation with stakeholders , and identify areas for training / skill enhancements

Responsible for preparation and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Assist with half year & year - end reporting responsibilities to parent company

Provide day - to - day transactional support for GL accounting team





Maintain regular contact with customers and form solid relationships with customers that reinforce their importance to our business while establishing mutual respect between the customer and self

Team Management (at least 3 - 5 years)
