Brief Role :
- Required semi- qualified CA or Cost Accountant with 2- 3 years experience in accounting, reconciliation, budgeting and costing etc. of construction sector.
- Responsible for I. Tax, Sales Tax and Service Tax Assessments.
- Compliance with laws and procedural requirements in respect of Corporate Laws, as per RBI
- Guidelines.
- Compliance with laws in respect of Financial Accounting as per Indian GAAP.
- Preparation and Filing of Various returns under Corporate Laws, Compliance with Secretarial matters.
- Getting of Legal Agreements and Liasioning with Legal Consultants for various Legal matters
Salary:INR 1, 00, 000 - 1, 25, 000 P.A.
