Ristara Foods Pvt. Ltd., through its flagship brand Babai Tiffins, is rapidly expanding across Bangalore and beyond. We are building a scalable restaurant business focused on authentic Andhra vegetarian cuisine and operational excellence.

Role Overview

Lead the end-to-end finance and accounting function of the organization, ensuring robust financial controls, statutory compliance, accurate reporting, audit readiness, and support for fundraising and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables, receivables, payroll accounting, and month-end closures.
- Lead and manage the accounts team and ensure timely, accurate execution of all finance activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and regulatory reviews.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, and management dashboards.
- Drive financial controls, process improvements,



and compliance frameworks.
- Handle investor, lender, and due diligence requirements during fundraising and financing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, and external stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Candidate Profile

- CA preferred (Qualified CA with strong relevant experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or controllership roles. 3. Experience handling end-to-end accounting for a growing business.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and financial reporting. 5. Hands-on experience managing audits and due diligence processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
