Position : Accounts Manager

Location : Conakry, Guinea

Qualification : CA/CA Inter/MBA

Experience : 8 + years of experience in manufacturing industry

Primary responsibilities

Supervise and manage the activities of the accounting department.

Review and responsible for timely completion of month end closing activities.

Review the financials and provide insights of business operations for submission to the management.

Responsible for training and mentoring accounting staff members.

Handle issues/concerns related to daily accounting and plant operation and provide satisfactory resolution for the same in qualified manner.

Responsible for costing/production costs allocation, plant accounting and inventory valuation jointly with costing team members.

Secondary responsibilities

Collaboration with all departments as well as plant teams.

Overseeing the financial well-being of the company.

Proactively flag exceptions and drive implementation of policies, under the guidance of the leadership team.
