Role Description The Accounts Manager – Cluster is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple hotel properties within the cluster. The role includes managing general accounting functions, supervising accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

The Accounts

Manager will prepare budgets and forecasts, analyze variance reports, and support cost-control initiatives to improve profitability. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with property-level teams, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, and supporting internal and external audits.



The role requires close collaboration with management to provide financial insights that support strategic decisions for the cluster.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong financial and accounting skills, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess budgeting and forecasting capabilities, with experience in cost control and financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, and be comfortable working with hotel or hospitality management systems.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple properties and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality or multi-unit accounts management is highly beneficial, along with a strong understanding of local tax and regulatory requirements.
