Graduate in Commerce/Finance with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in accounting. Candidates should have working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST,

TDS, project accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit documentation.

Experience in NGO, trust, research, or grant-funded projects will be preferred.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining project books of accounts,

preparing financial reports for funding agencies, supporting statutory compliances, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Maintain project books of accounts and accounting records.

- Record and verify receipts, payments, expenses, advances, and other project transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, utilisation statements, and other reports required by funding

agencies.

- Carry out bank, ledger, vendor, and project-wise reconciliations.
- Assist in timely payment and compliance relating to GST, TDS, and other statutory

liabilities.

- Maintain proper supporting documents, vouchers, invoices, approvals,



and financial

records.

- Assist with statutory, internal, donor, and project audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, funding agencies, banks, vendors, and internal

departments.

- Ensure timely submission of financial information and reports.
- Perform other accounting and compliance-related duties assigned by the reporting
