Brief Role :

Help define the operating model for the outsourcing center of excellence (COE)

Lead the establishment and build - out of a local outsourcing team supporting the transactional , reporting and analysis needs of a global software business assist with standardizing the processes , and be accountable for the day - to - day success

Daily accounting and book keeping

Responsible for all tax related matters like Sales Tax / VAT , Service Tax , TDS returns , Income Tax and Excise

Cash flow and fund flow statements

Direct and Indirect taxes

Provide day - to - day transactional support for GL accounting team

Work with FP&A; leaders to build out additional reporting and analysis support capabilities at the COE





Assist with certain payroll related transactional and reconciliation related activities

Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement with measurable impact
