Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jodhpur. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate ledgers.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The role involves reconciling bank accounts, monitoring cash flow,



and supporting external audits and financial reporting requirements. The Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support cost control efforts, and ensure timely, accurate financial data to help guide business decisions.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management.
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Understanding of tax laws, statutory compliances, and audit processes relevant to the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills in a high-volume environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
- Prior experience in retail, manufacturing, or furniture/consumer goods businesses is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Jodhpur and managing responsibilities independently while meeting deadlines.
