Brief Role :

Shall be responsible for various direct, indirect, audit assignments including operational, financial, regulatory.

Responsible for taxation and compliance related matters, statutory, internal , management audits/ reviews / Due- diligence, etc. of various clients.

Preparation of GST payment challans on monthly basis for each GST registration number.

Preparation and submission for annual return duly reconciled with audited financials of the firm.

Preparation and submission of Monthly Input GST tax return duly reconciled with electronic input registered and Cenvat ledgers.

Knowledge of treasury functions, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives

Conducts various statutory, tax, internal, special audits, reviews, due- diligence, compliances reviews, etc.
