Role Description The Account Manager role at SS Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

The Account

Manager will manage relationships with key customers and distributors, ensuring timely order processing, product delivery, and issue resolution. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing account reports, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and billing, and identifying opportunities to grow account revenue. The role also requires visiting customer locations, conducting regular check-ins,



collecting feedback, and supporting promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

- Experience in account management, client servicing, or sales within consumer goods or a related industry.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use basic MS Office tools or similar software.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort with on-site client visits, fieldwork, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English and local languages used in Uttar Pradesh is an advantage.
- Prior experience working in the Lucknow market or surrounding regions is a plus.
