Job Purpose

GHD Hotels is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage hotel accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and cost control. The candidate must take initiative, anticipate financial issues, and work independently to improve financial efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting, revenue reconciliation, cash flow, and bank transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and collections.
- Prepare hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor expenses against budgets, analyse variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyse room revenue, F&B; revenue, departmental costs, and hotel profitability.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and budget variance reports.
- Coordinate payroll verification and ensure timely GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate audits and month-end closing.




- Work with Operations, Purchase, Stores, and HR to strengthen financial controls.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
- 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Practical knowledge of hotel budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally or equivalent accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and hotel PMS/POS systems is preferred.
