Role Description The Account Manager role at Coffee Custody is a full-time, on-site position based in Kushalnagar. The person in this role will manage key customer accounts, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure that client needs are understood and met on time. Daily responsibilities include coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and agreements.

The Account

Manager will regularly follow up with customers, prepare basic reports on account performance, and work closely with internal teams such as operations and sales to support smooth service delivery.



This role also involves identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships, support renewals, and contribute to business growth while maintaining a skilled and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with solid interpersonal and client service skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages, including clear verbal and written communication.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and comfort using digital tools for reporting and documentation.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally and find practical solutions.
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline is an advantage, though equivalent experience will be considered.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kushalnagar and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
