Job Overview The Account Analyst is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, reviewing transactions, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities

 Review and process invoices and related financial documents.

 Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.

 Perform account reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.

 Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

 Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve invoice and payment queries.

 Prepare reports and maintain Excel-based records.

 Use accounting software or ERP systems to record and review transactions.





 Follow company procedures and maintain the confidentiality of financial information.

Required Qualifications and Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 Knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconciliation.

 Working knowledge of MS Excel.

 Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred.

 Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.
