Role Description The Academic Counselor will guide students, researchers, and academic professionals in selecting appropriate research support and publication services offered by Skyler Publication. This full-time, in office role in Ghaziabad involves counseling clients on academic pathways, publication strategies, and suitable journals or conferences based on their research goals.

The Academic

Counselor will conduct consultations, understand individual requirements, and recommend tailored solutions such as thesis support, journal publication assistance, and conference services. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and following up with clients to track progress and satisfaction. The role also involves participating in outreach activities, presenting services to institutions, and contributing to awareness about ethical and high-quality research practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide academic guidance, career counseling, and research pathway advice to students, scholars, and faculty.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for client consultations and institutional outreach.
- Understanding of academic research processes, publication workflows, and familiarity with indexed journals and conferences.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple counseling cases, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, online research tools, and digital communication platforms.
