Requirement:

- Robust experience in C/C++ programming.
- Expertise on MAC scheduling algorithms for eNB (LTE), gNB (5G), including their design, development, optimization, and debugging.
- Proficiency in MAC, RLC, PDCP for design and implementation for LTE and NR, including segmentation/reassembly, retransmission, flow control, packet splitting/ duplication, ciphering/integrity interaction points, , QoS.
- C/C++/ Python Programming Language, memory pooling, Programming & Debugging state machine design, error handling, traceability, and robust interoperability engineering across different UE/chipset/core/network-vendor combinations, ASN.1/protocol decode workflows
- Ability to communicate with senior levels of internal and external stakeholder.
