As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets in insurance sales and bancassurance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Provide expert advice to clients on life insurance products and services, ensuring they receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with financial institutions and other partners to enhance sales efforts and expand market reach.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
