Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hotel Management role based in Kozhikode. The role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, food and beverage services, housekeeping coordination, and guest relations. The hotel manager will monitor occupancy, support sales initiatives, manage budgets and cost controls, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, handling escalated guest concerns, and implementing policies that improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining accurate reports, coordinating with vendors, and supporting marketing efforts to enhance the hotel’s visibility and reputation.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on resolving guest issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and basic financial management skills to monitor costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to promote hotel services, upsell amenities, and support occupancy and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, including coordination of restaurant or room service operations and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Candidates should possess experience with Receptionist Duties, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and handling guest inquiries.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior hotel or hospitality management experience, team leadership skills, and familiarity with hotel management software.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
