We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic CAD Faculty & Promoter to provide CAD training to students while also supporting course promotion and student enrollment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good teaching ability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
CAD Faculty Responsibilities
Conduct practical and theory-based training in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
Teach students according to the prescribed course curriculum.
Explain technical concepts, drafting standards, and design procedures clearly.
Provide hands-on training and practical assignments.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
Assist students with projects, doubts, and technical queries.
Maintain student attendance, progress, and training records.
Stay updated with current CAD tools, techniques, and industry requirements.

Promoter Responsibilities
Promote CAD courses and training programs to prospective students.
Generate enquiries through calls, social media, campaigns, and local promotions.
Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and training benefits to students.




Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and career-awareness sessions when required.
Build relationships with students, institutions, and potential learners.
Achieve assigned admission and promotional targets.
Maintain daily lead and admission reports.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD drafting.
Good teaching and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward manner.
Good counselling and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital promotion tools.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
CAD certification or relevant industry experience preferred.
Freshers with strong CAD skills and communication abilities may also apply.
