Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive/ B2B Sales Executive to drive recent client acquisition across the GCC market. The role will focus entirely on identifying potential employers, building relationships with decision-makers, generating manpower requirements, and converting prospects into active clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients across the GCC market.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling and email campaigns.
- Connect with HR heads, business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand manpower requirements and generate recruitment opportunities.




- Conduct client meetings and negotiate commercials.
- Manage the sales cycle from Lead → Requirement → Agreement → Closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of B2B Business Development / Client Acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Client acquisition and relationship management.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Work Details

- Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Delhi
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
- Timings: 10:30 AM – 07:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturday off)
