Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing daily, weeklyandmonthly client/internal reports.

Prepare weekly performance / KPI reportsandmaintaining performance dashboards.

Prepare ad-hoc reports & analysis for management reportingandneeds

CapacityplanningandSchedulingfor process

Support key strategic projects involving Data mining & Analytics

Optimize use of tools/technology & to improve efficiencyandeffectiveness of the organization.

Desired Skills:

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Ability to spot,



correctandhighlight errors

Ability to simplify complex operations into repeatable processes

Skill to automate reports - preferred

Ready to work in energetic 24.7.
