Key Responsibilities

1.Recruitment and onboarding of Insurance Advisors/Agent

2.Managing, training, and motivating the advisor team.

3.Achieving sales targets.

4.Business development and lead generation.

5.Managing customer and advisor relationships.

6.Conducting regular field visits and sales activities.

7.Monitoring advisor performance.
