Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot:

- Twin-screw and single-screw extruders
- Gearboxes and drive systems
- Gravimetric feeders and dosing systems
- Strand and underwater pelletizers
- Pellet drying systems
- Cooling conveyors
- Pneumatic conveying systems
- Material handling equipment
- Blenders and mixers
- Dust collection systems
- Packaging systems

Reliability Improvement

- Conduct RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) for repetitive failures.
- Lead reliability improvement projects.




- Monitor equipment performance indicators.
- Implement predictive maintenance techniques such as:
- Vibration analysis
- Thermography
- Oil analysis
- Ultrasonic inspections

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 6-12 years of experience in mechanical maintenance engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and machinery.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
