- This role goes beyond traditional sourcing and recruiting. You will partner with hiring managers, engage top technology talent, and play a key role in building teams across AI, Application Development, and Engineering functions etc.

What You'll Do:

Drive End-to-End Technology Recruitment

- Own full-cycle recruitment for technology roles including, but not limited to:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Software Engineering
- Other specialized engineering positions

Engage Exceptional Talent

- Identify and connect with high-quality talent across regions.
- Build meaningful conversations with candidates.
- Engage and influence passive candidates toward career opportunities.

Partner with Stakeholders

- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
- Deliver timely and effective hiring outcomes.

Think Beyond Traditional Sourcing





Leverage diverse sourcing strategies beyond platforms such as Linked In and Naukri, including:

- Talent communities
- Employee referrals
- Niche talent platforms
- Direct outreach
- Creative Sourcing Channels
