? Shift: US Night Shift (Monday–Friday)
? Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
? Cab Facility: One-side drop for female employees only

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source and screen candidates for Canadian IT requirements through Linked In, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Canadian IT positions, including W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements, as applicable.

- Understand Canadian IT staffing requirements, client needs, and job descriptions.

- Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.

- Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for Canadian IT requirements.

Requirements? REQUIREMENTS

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Canada IT Recruitment.

- Strong understanding of the Canadian IT staffing market and recruitment process.





- Experience sourcing candidates through Linked In and other job portals.

- Knowledge of Canadian hiring practices and employment types.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

- Willingness to work the US night shift.

- Immediate joining availability is mandatory.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of US IT Recruiters handling C2C/W2 requirements Work on requirements from SI clients, implementation partners, and direct clients Allocate requirements and monitor team performance on daily submission targets Source, screen, and submit qualified IT consultants for various US IT positions Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Coordinate with Account Managers, Vendors, and Clients for closures Maintain strong consultant relationships and build a quality pipeline Ensure timely submissions, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer closures Train and mentor junior recruiters on recruitment strategies and compliance Maintain ATS/CRM updates, reports, and recruitment trackers Stay updated with current US staffing trends, technologies, and visa regulations
