Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT positions across the US market (W2, C2C).
- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder), Linked In, internal databases, and other sourcing methods to identify top talent.
- Perform initial screening to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the job.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
- Negotiate salary and pay rates with candidates and close offers effectively.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with consultants and clients.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets as defined by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports using ATS and other tracking tools.
Education: Bachelors Degree
