As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions.

The qualified spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various teams and continuous assessment of business workflows are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the organization s objectives are effectively supported by its processes and technology.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing feedback and performance metrics to enhance business processes.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Calypso (Software).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering to optimize workflows.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize data to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with software tools and methodologies that support business analysis and project management.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Calypso (Software).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
