Position: Area Manager
Therapy: Gastroenterology or Acute Therapy
HQ: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–4 years as an Area Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of 5 team members.

- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned business targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

- Ensure effective territory management and market coverage.

- Monitor team performance, provide field coaching, and support team development.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

- Prepare sales reports and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

Territory Coverage

Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Indore, and Bhopal.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience as an Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Mandatory: Gastroenterology or Acute Therapy experience.

- Experience managing a team of 5 members.

- VOB handling experience of 10–15 lakh.

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Positive territory management and sales execution capabilities.
