About the Company

GDS Marketing is hiring a Blue Collar Recruiter to support high-volume delivery partner sourcing and onboarding across India. This permanent remote opportunity sits within the HR and Operations function and involves engaging prospective delivery partners for leading quick-commerce, grocery, food-delivery, and last-mile service networks.

Responsibilities

- Call prospective candidates and explain available delivery partner opportunities, joining procedures, documentation, and company information.
- Source candidates through outbound calling, WhatsApp outreach, referrals, and database follow-ups.
- Screen interested applicants, verify essential details, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Follow up consistently until candidates complete the onboarding or joining process.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team on joining updates, candidate status, and issue resolution.
- Respond to candidate questions professionally while maintaining a positive and helpful experience.
- Achieve daily and weekly hiring goals and build a solid,



organized delivery-partner candidate database.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, with overall relevant experience in the range of 1 to 5 years.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain personable and persistent.
- Basic spoken English and Hindi; comfort handling a high volume of candidate conversations.
- Ability to work with multiple candidates, meet targets, and operate effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- 12th pass or graduate qualification.
- Willingness to work a day shift for approximately 8 to 9 hours.
- A positive, target-oriented attitude and dependable follow-through.

This is a full time remote role with a package of ₹2.40 LPA, a 15-day notice period, and 3 or more openings. Candidates who enjoy recruitment, calling, coordination, and target-driven work are encouraged to apply.
