Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Bhopal / Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 3–4 Years

Industry Preference: Event Management / Experiential Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate current leads, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. Candidates with experience in the event management industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, agencies, and event partners.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized event solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage client meetings, follow-ups, and the complete sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain client databases, sales reports, and regular business development updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
- Experience in event management, brand activation, corporate events, or experiential marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to convert leads into clients and close business deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
