About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Architect with a strong background in Sales, Interior Design, and Workplace/Interior Fit-Out Projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle while providing design-led solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for interior fit-out, workplace, commercial, and architectural projects.

· Manage the complete sales process from lead generation, client meetings, requirement understanding, design presentation, proposal, negotiation, and order closure.

· Understand client requirements and convert them into practical design and commercial solutions.

· Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, Estimation, Procurement, and Project Teams.

· Review and guide design concepts, space planning, 2D/3D presentations, BOQs, specifications, and commercial proposals.





· Conduct client presentations and effectively communicate design concepts and project solutions.

· Prepare and review commercial proposals, costing, and project budgets.

· Negotiate with clients and support successful project closure while maintaining commercial objectives.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and industry professionals.

· Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects from Sales & Design to the Project Execution Team.

· Lead and mentor junior sales/design team members.
Required Skills & Experience

· B.Arch / Architecture degree is mandatory.

· 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales + Architecture/Interior Design/Interior Fit-Out.

· Strong understanding of commercial interiors, workplace design, office fit-outs, and architectural solutions.

· Proven experience in client handling, business development, presentations, and negotiations.

· Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, specifications, and commercial requirements.

· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

· Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or similar design tools will be an advantage.

· Solid commercial understanding with the ability to balance design, client expectations, cost, and project feasibility.

· Existing relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants, or real-estate stakeholders will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
