Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Junior Purchase Executive to assist with purchasing activities, supplier coordination, market visits, and material procurement. The candidate should be willing to travel for work and must have their own two-wheeler.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchasing materials.
- Visit local markets to check product availability, prices, and quality.
- Collect quotations from different suppliers and compare prices.
- Assist in negotiating prices and maintaining good vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of required materials.
- Maintain purchase records, bills, invoices, and supplier details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements.




- Track orders and follow up with suppliers regarding pending deliveries.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor coordination is preferred.
- Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Should be comfortable with local market visits and fieldwork.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation is preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Must be proactive, punctual, and willing to learn.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Additional Travel Allowance: Provided for official travel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
