Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their educational goals, recommending suitable courses and colleges, and assisting them throughout the admission journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve admission and sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and educational preferences.
- Provide accurate information about courses, colleges, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable colleges and courses based on their requirements.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Assist students with application forms, document collection, verification, and submission.




- Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status in the CRM or company database.
- Coordinate with college representatives and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Handle student queries and resolve admission-related concerns professionally.
- Provide timely updates to the reporting manager regarding leads, conversions, and pending applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work towards targets and manage multiple student enquiries.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
