Google Ads Specialist – PPC Campaign Management (Agency Experience)

Job Description
We are hiring a Google Ads Specialist with at least 6 months of hands-on experience managing real client campaigns in a Google Ads agency or digital marketing agency.

You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and control advertising costs across multiple client accounts. Candidates with practical experience in Search Ads, Performance Max, keyword research, and campaign optimization are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns according to client objectives and campaign goals
- Work on Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display Ads, Remarketing, and other relevant campaign types
- Conduct keyword research, organize keyword groups, analyse search terms, and identify negative keywords
- Create and optimize ad groups, ad copy, campaign assets, audience segments, and targeting settings
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, CPC, CTR, conversions, and other performance metrics
- Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, keywords, and targeting to improve lead quality and cost efficiency
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase enquiries and conversions
- Review landing-page relevance and flag issues that may affect campaign results
- Check conversion tracking and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve tracking issues
- Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining accuracy, consistency,



and timely optimization

Experience
Minimum 6 months of practical Google Ads experience is required. Experience must be gained while working with a Google Ads agency or digital marketing agency and must include hands-on work with real client campaigns. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year or more of relevant agency experience can apply.
