We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Relationship Manager. The role involves connecting with business owners, generating qualified leads, building professional relationships, and scheduling meetings for the internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential business owners in the assigned territory.
- Conduct field visits and introduce the company's offerings to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach and market visits.
- Understand basic business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the internal sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned outreach and meeting targets.

Required Skills:

- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and B2B sales.
- Negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.




- Willingness to travel locally and conduct field meetings.

Eligibility Criteria:

- MBA/PGDM or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 60% in at least two of the following: Class 12, Graduation, and MBA/PGDM.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience may apply.
- Candidates with experience in B2B sales, field sales, business development, lead generation, or relationship management will be preferred.
