- Study customer drawings, specifications, material grades, tolerances and quality requirements.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, CAD/DXF files, BOMs and process routing.
- Assess manufacturing feasibility and identify tooling, fixtures, gauges and outsourced processes required.
- Estimate material consumption, process time and development costs.
- Develop samples and first-off parts, working directly with machine operators, welders and vendors.
- Design practical jigs and fixtures to improve accuracy, repeatability and productivity.
- Inspect trial components, resolve dimensional and manufacturing issues, and coordinate technical clarifications with customers.
- Prepare development records, inspection plans, work instructions and FAI/PPAP documentation as required.




- Hand over approved products to production with explicit drawings, process instructions and quality checkpoints.
- Identify cost improvements while maintaining customer specifications and product performance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
