Job Description – MIS Coordinator (Collection & Recovery)

Job Role: MIS Coordinator

Industry: Banking, NBFCs, Collection & Recovery - Retail Loans & Credit Cards

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on collection and recovery performance.

- Track allocated accounts, overdue cases, collection targets, recovery achievements and outstanding dues.

- Maintain bucket-wise, employee-wise and portfolio-wise performance reports.

- Analyse collection data, identify performance gaps and highlight critical overdue accounts.

- Reconcile collection figures and ensure accuracy of data received from field executives and telecallers.





- Coordinate with operations teams and bank/NBFC representatives for data updates and reporting.

- Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of client-specific reports.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce or Business Administration.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, banking, NBFCs or collection and recovery operations.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, especially Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and data analysis.

- Valuable analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
