Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Supervisor to manage and oversee electrical maintenance activities in our plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, minimize downtime, and maintain safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily and preventive electrical maintenance activities
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment including panels, motors, DG sets, compressors, and UPS systems
- Ensure all equipment operates as per safety and manufacturer standards
- Maintain power factor, transformers, and electrical systems for optimal performance
- Plan and ensure availability of critical spare parts
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
- Lead and guide the electrical team to ensure safe work practices




- Conduct regular safety and technical training for staff
- Coordinate with other departments for maintenance requirements
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Valid Electrical Supervisor License (mandatory)
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance (industrial/plant preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Good leadership and communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
