- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and service requests.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, customer support, and other internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and business reviews.
- Maintain accurate client records, account information, and interaction history in the CRM system.
- Track account performance, client retention, and relationship management metrics.
- Prepare reports on client activities, business opportunities, and account status.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure effective resolution.
- Support client onboarding, renewals, and contract discussions where applicable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
