About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess profiles against job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate online and offline interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, salary negotiations, and joining.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, hiring sheets, and candidate databases.




- Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities with the HR team.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
