Job Summary We are looking for a Purchase Executive (Engineering Background) responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring raw materials, components, and services required for manufacturing and project operations. The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and quality compliance to support production and project timelines. Key Responsibilities 1. Procurement & Sourcing Source and procure engineering materials (MS, SS, aluminium, fasteners, tooling, consumables, etc.) Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance Float RFQs, compare quotations, and finalize vendors 2. Vendor Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules Monitor vendor performance (quality, cost, lead time) 3. Purchase Order & Documentation Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) Maintain records of purchase, invoices, and supplier data Ensure proper documentation as per company and audit requirements 4.



Inventory & Coordination Track stock levels and coordinate with stores/production Ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing Work closely with design, production, and accounts teams 5. Technical Coordination Understand engineering drawings, BOM, and specifications Ensure purchased materials meet required technical standards Support engineering team for material selection 6. Cost Control & Planning Analyse cost trends and identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain procurement budgets and reports Reduce lead time and optimize supply chain

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
