The Opportunity

Join mbue Health as an independent contractor and provide virtual talk therapy to clients throughout Delaware. Enjoy the flexibility to choose your schedule and caseload while receiving support with client referrals, scheduling, and billing, allowing you to focus on delivering quality clinical care.

This is a fully remote position focused exclusively on talk therapy. Medication prescribing and medication management are not part of this role.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome licensed mental health professionals with an active, unrestricted Delaware license in one or more of the following categories:

- Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
- Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP)

We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience in one or more of these areas:

- Child and adolescent therapy
- Anxiety and depression
- Trauma and PTSD, including EMDR, TF-CBT, and CPT
- Substance use and co-occurring disorders
- Couples and family therapy




- Perinatal and postpartum mental health
- Veterans and military families
- Grief and life transitions

Candidates with bilingual skills, particularly English and Spanish, culturally responsive clinical experience, and training in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT are especially encouraged to apply.

Contractor Requirements

Applicants must have:

- An active, unrestricted Delaware qualified license in good standing
- Professional liability (malpractice) insurance
- Their own National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection
- A completed W-9 on file

A CAQH profile is preferred. Experience with insurance billing, clinical documentation, and telehealth delivery is also valued.
