We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Production Supervisor – Trainee to support day-to-day cathode production operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in machine operation, monitoring production processes, maintaining product quality, coordinating with production workers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in chemical processes and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in machine operation and monitor cathode production processes.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure smooth production operations.
- Support daily production planning and achieve assigned production targets.
- Coordinate with operators and production workers to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Monitor product quality and report process deviations to the concerned supervisor.
- Assist in identifying operational issues and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and process documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Follow 5S practices and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve production-related issues.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) under the guidance of senior personnel.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. Chemistry graduates are eligible to apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome.
- Candidates interested in production supervision and manufacturing processes are preferred.
- Must be willing to work in a plant or factory environment.
