Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the complete HR function across multiple locations and group companies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning across all departments.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, exits and full-and-final settlements.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, salaries and incentive processing with Accounts.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus and POSH.
- Develop HR policies and manage employee grievances, discipline and retention.
- Implement performance appraisals, KRA/KPI frameworks and incentive schemes.
- Coordinate employee training, engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS reports on manpower, attendance,



attrition and performance.
- Lead and supervise HR Executives across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with senior management and department heads on HR-related matters.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.
- Robust knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and employee-management skills.
- Automobile dealership, workshop, automotive retail or logistics experience will be preferred.

Work Location: Boisar, with regular visits to Malad, Palghar, Dahanu and Nalasopara.
